Mom's Meatballs

HOMEMADE MEATBALLS:

1 teaspoon meatball seasoning
1 pound ground beef (or other meat of your choice)
10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 egg
1/2 cup breadcrumbs, divided

Combine meatball seasoning, ground beef, spinach, parmesan cheese, egg, & breadcrumbs. Mix with your hands in a mixing bowl. Roll into 1.25-oz balls (about the size of a golf ball. Roll in breadcrumbs. Place on baking sheet and bake at 400F for 20 minutes.
