Texas Chili |
TEXAS CHILI:2 pounds ground beef (or meat of your choice, venison works well) In a large sauce pot or Dutch oven, brown ground beef in vegetable oil over medium high heat. Add beer, beef stock, chili mix and tomato paste. Combine well. Crumble in 3 handfuls of tortilla chips. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 45-60 minutes until chili is thickened and tortilla chips have dissolved. |
